When I started to really get out there on the internet and started joining 'Trying To Conceive' communities and forums, I was so clueless as to what the abbreviations all meant!   Some of them were obvious, like AF for Aunt Flow, but otherwise, I always had to Google something before I would speak, just so I knew what was being referenced.   So here's list that I was able to compile, if you too are having that 'deer in the headlights' moment. At times, I may even abbreviate in my posts, so this will be a good reference to have.

AF- Aunt Flo AI- Artificial Insemination
BBT- Basal Body Temperature
BD- Baby Dance (sex)
BF- Boyfriend or Breast Feeding
BFN- Big Fat Negative
BFP- Big Fat Positive
BH- Braxton HicksCM- Cervical Mucus
DPO- Days Past Ovulation
EDD- Estimated Due Date
EP  - Ectopic Pregnancy
EWCM - Egg White Cervical Mucus
FRER-First Response Early Results Preg Test
FMU-First morning urine

HPT- Home Pregnancy Test
HSG - Hysterosalpingogram - x-ray 
IUI- Intra/Inter Uterine Insemination

LH - Luteinizing Hormone - detected in OPKs
LP- Luteal Phase, days between ov & AF 
MC- Miscarriage
MS- Morning Sickness
NPP- Not Preventing Pregnancy
